Primorye residents are more interested in sports – MK Vladivostok

Primorye residents actively include elements of a healthy lifestyle in their daily routine. Since the beginning of the year, interest in sports and proper nutrition has grown by almost 15%. Such data was obtained by analysts of one large federal telecom operator after studying depersonalized statistics of accesses to thematic Internet resources.

The operator’s data show that closer to spring, the number of healthy lifestyle fans in Primorye has increased markedly. This could be influenced by the desire to get in shape, as well as a more conscious attitude towards one’s health, which is generally supported in the Internet environment.

Residents of the region more actively than a year ago began to get acquainted with the offers of fitness clubs. The growth was 10%. At the same time, halls located in residential areas are of interest to users. At the same time, residents of Primorye began to look more closely at yoga, and traffic to such resources increased by almost 50% in the region.

This year, residents of the region began to visit more often resources that offer clothes and equipment for sports. During the year, traffic to online stores increased fivefold. Users make orders, compare prices and offers presented on various sites. At the same time, the demand for websites with information about proper nutrition and the delivery of healthy food increased by 4%.

In the spring, Primorye residents began to spend more time not only in gyms, but also in the fresh air. According to MegaFon’s statistics, the city dwellers like to walk and jog on the Tsesarevich Embankment and around Chan Lake most of all.
