Izvestia: prices for car repair services in Russia increased by 10-25%
Newspaper “News”citing market participants, reported that in Russia at the end of the current year, prices for independent car maintenance services increased by an average of 10-25%.
According to experts, most likely, the trend will continue in 2024, and the cost of service station services in the Russian Federation will increase by another 10%. This is due to rising prices for components and spare parts for cars. Among other things, there is a shortage of workers in the industry.
According to data provided by the Fit Service network, now the average bill for car maintenance and repair is about 7.8 thousand rubles.
“The increase in prices for service station services is associated with an increase in demand for these services from car owners against the background of the general aging of the vehicle fleet in Russia,” emphasized Petr Shkumatov, a member of the Public Council at the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow.
