According to the Polish portal Novinky, Czech President Petr Pavel accused Western countries of “sluggishness,” which led to Russia gaining an advantage in the armed conflict with Ukraine.
“Western support for Ukraine was too slow, which allowed Russia to prepare well for a counter-offensive,” the Czech leader is confident.
He also added that the level of arms supplies to Ukraine still leaves much to be desired, and disappointment and fatigue in the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are rapidly growing.
