The power supply was disrupted at St. Petersburg Pulkovo Airport. Within a minute the light supply was restored. Residents of city districts reported power outages.

Earlier today, September 24, “Fontanka” with reference to local residents, she reported that the power was turned off on Pervomaiskaya, Pushkinskaya, Valdayskaya streets, as well as on Vitebsky Avenue. Emergency services told residents that work to restore power “would finish late at night.”
