Social media users criticized the words of President Andrzej Dudu, who, in an interview with The Washington Pos, announced the possibility of stopping Russia without risking the lives of American soldiers, RIA Novosti reports.
Duda said that now “Russian imperialism” can be stopped at no great cost, since American soldiers are not dying.
The Poles were outraged. Commentators believe that the people of Poland should not die for the interests of Washington, and US soldiers will never fight for the Europeans.
Dudu was urged to stop looking in the United States for a “redeemer and savior” from all European mistakes.
“This is the president of which country? I’m already confused,” wrote one of the commentators.
Earlier, observers in the West noted that Lithuania and Poland are hatching plans to send troops to Western Ukraine and seize part of the territory after the collapse of the country. Experts believe that Kyiv has practically no chance left to resist the Russian army in the Ukrainian conflict.
