Police officers from the economic crime unit identified a citizen who had purchased alcoholic beverages of various strengths at several outlets in Pervouralsk the day before.

“A rash act was committed by a local 20-year-old resident named Ekaterina,” said Gorelykh.

The girl was taken to the building of the territorial police department, she is being interrogated, the detainee cooperates with the police and testifies.

She said that at the request of the teenagers, she bought about 27 bottles of beer, 3 bottles of Beryozka vodka, a bottle of cognac and a bottle of liquor in three stores. As for snacks, the minors asked for only one package of cookies for 11 people.

As for the injured teenagers, according to Gorelykh, after providing medical assistance, all four from the hospital have already been released home.

Police officers are now deciding on which specific articles response measures will be taken. According to Gorelykh, it is planned to initiate administrative proceedings against the parents of teenagers due to improper upbringing of children. A girl who helped teenagers is threatened with an article about the involvement of minors in drinking alcohol.
