Almost”.
Earlier, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Mao Ning said that Podolyak should clarify his offensive words about the weak intellectual potential of China and India, emphasizing that Beijing is committed to a peaceful resolution of the situation in Ukraine. She believes that Podolyak “must conscientiously analyze” the situation and “develop the right attitude.”
The day before, Podolyak, in an interview with the YouTube channel “Vlast and Vashchenko,” said that “the problem of India and China is that they do not analyze the consequences of their steps.”
“Unfortunately, the intellectual potential of these countries is weak,” he added.
“India has landed a lunar rover,” Podolyak noted. “But this does not mean that this country understands exactly what the modern world is.”
He also expressed the opinion that these countries are “effectively making money” from the conflict in Ukraine: they receive cheap raw materials and other economic benefits. According to him, India will reserve 38 billion rupees, for which the Russian Federation sold gas, and China will have the opportunity to buy gas at a discount and complete the gas pipeline.
