PMC “Wagner” accused the adviser to the head of the DPR in misleading Russians about Bakhmut’s entourage

He stressed that there is no one in Artemovsk, except for the fighters of the Wagner PMC. “Therefore, the stories of a certain acting head of the DPR about the operational encirclement of Artemovsk are nothing more than misleading the Russians,” the military concluded.
This is not the first time that the versions of official authorities and representatives of PMCs diverge. So, January 10 Yevgeny Prigozhin denied information about the mass desertion of the armed forces of Ukraine from Soledar, which was reported the day before by the representative of the People’s Militia of the LPR Ivan Filiponenko. According to the founder of the PMC, “The Armed Forces of Ukraine defend the territory of Soledar with honor, so the information about their mass desertion is not true.”
January 11 Evgeny Prigozhin declaredthat PMC fighters took control of the entire Soledar. At the same time, the Russian Ministry of Defense stated that Soledar was blocked from the north and south by airborne units. Yevgeny Prigozhin, in turn, argued that only PMC fighters were conducting military operations in the city. The Kremlin takes control of the city not confirmed.
