Pupils of the Lyadskaya secondary school returned with medals from the open championship of the city of Kingisepp in hand-to-hand combat. This was reported in the group “Inhabitants of the Lyadskaya volost” in the social network “Vkontakte”.
The competition brought together about 200 fighters from 15 clubs in St. Petersburg, Novgorod, Pskov and Leningrad regions.
According to the results of the competition, Ivan Zubarev, Alexander Zubarev and Georgy Zubarev took first places in their age categories.
Another pupil of the Lynx sports club at the Lyadskaya secondary school, Gleb Ivanov, won bronze. He had 4 fights – he won three, lost one, losing the first fight.
“All the sportsmen of the SC “Lynx” with medals are worth a lot in hand-to-hand combat competitions, where there is high competition,” said Dmitry Zubarev, the coach of the guys.
