“Philip Kirkorov and the stars of Russian rhythmic gymnastics”

A gala concert “Philip Kirkorov and the Stars of Russian Rhythmic Gymnastics” was held at the Irina Viner Gymnastics Palace in Luzhniki. In addition to the “king” of the national stage, the leaders of the Russian national team Arina and Dina Averina, as well as Lala Kramarenko, performed demonstration programs in the temple of gymnastics.

People’s Artist of Russia Philip Kirkorov agreed to perform with the country’s leading gymnasts in a festive concert dedicated to International Women’s Day without hesitation.

“Philip Kirkorov has a very old love for rhythmic gymnastics. He came to our base in Novogorsk more than once, he loves our girls very much, he often comes to our competitions. And when I asked him to participate in this concert, he immediately agreed, without a single second of delay, for which I am very grateful to him, ”Irina Viner, president of the All-Russian Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation (VFCG) and head coach of the national team, told reporters.

Concerts in the best gymnastics palace in the country are held almost more often than the competitions themselves. There were already opera and a symphony orchestra here, and now – pop music.

“With every holiday, my pupils become more beautiful, and I am very pleased that I work with stunning beauties all the time. I tried to make sure that both the participants and the audience enjoyed the concert. On the stage are those girls who recently successfully performed at the Russian Championships, ”said Irina Viner about the main thing before the start of the concert.

In addition to tickets bought by spectators, invitations were distributed to orphanages and other institutions. Among the guests of honor was the Ambassador of the DPRK with his wife, as well as figure skating stars – Olympic champion Anna Shcherbakova and Daria Usacheva.

The unique performances staged specially for the show were accompanied by the general exits of the gymnasts in combinations from the competitive exercises. Kirkorov was inimitable: previews, costume changes and endless improvisations. One of them is at the very beginning: the artist walked through the carpet to the podium and presented a huge bouquet to Irina Viner.

The sports component of the evening is, of course, practically a benefit performance for Lala Kramarenko. She was both an expansive gypsy, and a young lady in love, and a bright attractive girl, and Turgenev’s heroine. For each number, she changed not only dresses, but also hairstyles. How Lala Kramarenko did it is not clear.

The Averina sisters went on the carpet stage only a couple of times, in the first general number, which became the opening of the show. And then Dina and Arina pleased their fans at the very end, where they soloed in the room to the song “Snow”. The hall simply roared with applause.

Sports and musical numbers, bright costumes, a real and enchanting show, the images of gymnasts and the ageless Philip Kirkorov, who gracefully interacted with the gymnasts and Irina Viner – this is what the audience saw on the eve of International Women’s Day at the Gymnastics Palace in Luzhniki.
