The Kremlin urged not to worry about the health of Russian President Vladimir Putin, who will go on a business trip on the 6th day after receiving the vaccine.
“Medical specialists are doing everything that needs to be done for the health of the president,” said Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of the head of state. “All necessary precautions are being taken.”
The day before, during a meeting with members of the government, Putin told the head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova that he had been vaccinated against the flu. He added that “in the morning as usual” went in for sports.
During the meeting, the President instructed to continue vaccinating the Russian population against influenza.
