Peskov: there is no exact understanding of the meeting between Aliyev and Pashinyan in Moscow

Dmitry Peskov made it clear that the Kremlin has not yet been able to agree on a meeting between the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Moscow – Vladimir Putin made such a proposal at the CIS summit in Bishkek.
“There is no exact understanding yet, we continue our contacts,” Peskov said, answering the question of how the implementation of the president’s initiative is progressing.
Earlier it became known that Nikol Pashinyan and Ilham Aliyev refused a meeting in Brussels, which was planned for the end of October.
Previous agreements on peace negotiations were also thwarted by one or both parties to the conflict.
