The Kremlin does not yet have a clear position on the issue of legislative regulation of the activities of private military companies (PMCs), said presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov. According to him, now there is a discussion of this issue.
“So far there is no clear position on this matter. There is a certain discussion here, it will continue,” Mr. Peskov said during a press call.
On June 23, PMC founder Yevgeny Prigozhin announced the start of the march of justice to Moscow, and by morning his fighters occupied military facilities in Rostov-on-Don.
