The Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia opened a case on the fact of the attack about a terrorist attack, which, according to the department, was being prepared on the instructions of the Ukrainian special services. Later, Russian President Vladimir Putin promised to respond to the attack. In Ukraine, the damage to the Crimean bridge was called a “provocation”.
