Peskov revealed details of the personnel program for participants of the Time of Heroes SVO

Participants in the “Time of Heroes” personnel program for Northern Military District soldiers, which President Vladimir Putin announced during his address to the Federal Assembly, can include Russian citizens who have no criminal record and have management experience. The program will be held on the basis of the Senezh management workshop on the part of the RANEPA Higher School of Public Administration. This was announced by the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov.

“All participants who have registered will receive online training on the RANEPA platform. Those who pass the selection will receive training under the “Time of Heroes” program at the Senezh management workshop. All of them will receive personal mentors who will accompany them throughout their training,” a Kremlin representative said during a press call.

According to Dmitry Peskov, military personnel will be sent information about the “Time of Heroes” program, so that those interested fill out an application and send it to the organizers. Those located in a combat zone will be able to apply through a remote assessment center. The official website of the program will open today, March 1, from 18:00.

Heads of the presidential administration, members of the government, governors, mayors, and heads of leading companies will act as mentors. According to Dmitry Peskov, the task of the program is to prepare highly qualified leaders from among current and former military personnel who could work in state-owned companies and in state and municipal authorities.

Vladimir Putin announced personnel program “Time of Heroes” yesterday, February 29, during the address to the Federal Assembly. The President indicated that fighters of a special military operation should become the elite of society and occupy key positions in various fields. According to Vladimir Putin, SVO participants should have the right, as a priority, to receive higher education in a civilian specialty at the country’s leading universities, as well as receive priority promotion.
