Military registration and enlistment offices in Russia are heavily overloaded due to partial mobilization, said presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov. According to him, in order not to aggravate the situation, it was decided to postpone the autumn draft to November 1.
“It (the decision to postpone the autumn call.— “b”) will allow diluting the flows of mobilized and conscripts,” the Kremlin representative explained to RIA Novosti.
Yesterday, September 30, President Vladimir Putin signed decree on the autumn conscription in 2022. From November 1, 120,000 people will be called up for military service.
Partial mobilization held from September 21st. Kremlin called false information about plans to mobilize 1.2 million Russians instead of the 300 thousand declared by the Ministry of Defense.
