Presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov refused to comment on Kommersant FM’s question about who the other seven people were detained due to the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall near Moscow. The FSB said it detained 11 people. The four performers were arrested until May 22.
“An investigation is underway. Here it is extremely wrong for the presidential administration to comment on the progress of the investigation. We will not do this,” Mr. Peskov said.
On the evening of March 22, armed people burst into the Crocus City Hall building near Moscow and opened fire on people. According to the latest data, 137 people became victims of the terrorist attack, more than 180 were injured.
The terrorists were detained the next day, March 23, in the Bryansk region. According to one of the detainees, he was promised 500 thousand rubles for shooting people. The attackers were transported to Moscow. On March 24, the Basmanny Court of Moscow arrested four perpetrators of the terrorist attack until May 22.
