Peskov announced Putin’s meeting of Easter in the church

The press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that Vladimir Putin will traditionally celebrate Orthodox Easter in the church next week.
“Yes. He plans,” Peskov answered the question of whether Vladimir Putin was going to go to church on April 16 to celebrate Easter.
Peskov added that the Kremlin press service would additionally report on this.
It is not yet known in which church Putin will celebrate Easter. He usually attends services in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. In 2020, Putin missed the Easter service at the KhHS due to the threat of the spread of the coronavirus pandemic. Then he put a candle in a small chapel on the territory of the residence in Novo-Ogaryovo.
