The Governor of the Perm Territory, Dmitry Makhonin, said that the first stage of partial mobilization in the region had been fully completed.
“According to the military enlistment offices, 100% of the reservists planned for conscription at the first stage have been notified and sent,” Makhonin said at a meeting of the government of the Perm Territory.
The region, he said, will help the reservists, providing the necessary. Assistance will be provided as needed, but on an ongoing basis. “While people will be trained and sent to the military unit,” he explained.
The first group of mobilized residents of the region from the assembly point of the military commissariat was sent on September 26. Further, until September 30, buses with reservists went to the places of combat coordination daily.
