The head of the Shchelkovsky district of the Moscow region, Andrei Bulgakov, presented 72-year-old Mikhail Makarov, who became famous for neutralizing a robber who took a phone from a child, with a certificate for a new Russian car.
The hero of the story himself is very happy about such a gift, since he prefers domestic cars. Now, within a week, he will have to choose the car he will drive in the future.
“I’m a fan of the domestic automobile industry,” said the pensioner, adding that his choice will most likely fall on a car like the Niva.
Let us remind you that on Monday, October 23, in Shchelkovo near Moscow, a 35-year-old attacker attacked a 12-year-old schoolboy and took his smartphone, after which he tried to escape. However, what happened was seen by a local resident, Mikhail Makarov, who was tinkering with his car in the yard. He reacted instantly, neutralizing the robber and later handing him over to law enforcement officers.
