After the tragedy during an excursion in the collector of the Moscow Neglinka, which killed eight people, the deputies of the State Duma intend to prepare and consider a bill that will stop the work of diggers, as well as excursions in the city’s underground communications.

It is also proposed to establish fines for the illegal work of guides who do not have the necessary certification. For this purpose, the qualifications of these specialists will be tested in the Russian Federation.

“Guides must confirm their qualifications to continue working until July 1, 2024,” the State Duma noted.
