A fraudster on behalf of a friend defrauded Pavel Derevianko of 300 thousand rubles
Actor Pavel Derevyanko almost became a victim of a scammer. The swindler, on behalf of his friend, asked for a loan of several hundred thousand rubles.
According to telegram channel Baza, at the end of March, Derevyanko was in St. Petersburg when an acquaintance wrote to him via messenger. They talked for a short time, and at some point the “friend” asked the actor to borrow money – 300 thousand. The artist complied and transferred the amount from his bank card.
An hour later, the “acquaintance” wrote to Derevianko again and asked for another 250 thousand. Then the actor suspected something was wrong. When he realized that it was not a friend who asked for the money, but a fraudster, the artist called the bank and asked to block the transfer. Fortunately, employees of the financial institution managed to do this.
Pavel Derevianko filed a statement with the police.
