In the women’s event, Pauline Roussin-Bouchard made the big comeback on Saturday. After a narrowly passed cut, the Varoise returned a 67 on Saturday, to go up to 16th place (-5).
The former world number one amateur is seven strokes behind, occupied by Amanda Doherty (67, -12). Roussin-Bouchard is the only Frenchwoman qualified for the last round, Agathe Sauzon (41st, 75) and Céline Herbin (53rd, 75) missing the second cut (-1).
