The situation with migrants who do not know Russian and do not respect the culture of the Russian Federation has become worse over the past year. This statement was made by Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Rus’ on Wednesday at the last diocesan meeting of Moscow.
According to him, if this trend among migrants continues, then there is a risk of “losing yourself, losing Russia.”
“And the situation has worsened compared to last year,” the patriarch emphasized.
He also added that recently there has been “increasing evidence” that migrants are uniting in criminal communities, as well as related conflicts and problems.
