Paraguay returned two of our fellow citizens put on the international wanted list to Russia, TASS reports with reference to the official representative of the Russian Interior Ministry, Irina Volk.
As reported, these citizens have already been transferred to the employees of the Federal Penitentiary Service and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
The first of them is Andrei Andreev, who has been on the wanted list since 2000. The investigation believes that Andreev was a member of a stable armed criminal group, which is charged with grave and especially grave crimes. As for Andreev personally, he will be charged with banditry, murder, kidnapping, extortion, intentional damage to other people’s property, theft, illegal arms trafficking, forgery of documents and illegal border crossing.
The second Russian, handed over to law enforcement officers, is called Roman Morozov. He was wanted for more than 2 years, he is suspected of eight counts of embezzlement and six counts of fraud.
