Actor Alexander Pankratov-Cherny, in an interview with Moslenta, told how he made a living in the 1990s.
He noted that in those days some of the film actors were able to get rich, but this did not affect him. Therefore, according to Pankratov-Cherny, he had to work as a taxi driver, and sometimes wash trams at night.
“In general, they somehow earned, lived. And it was wonderful,” said the 73-year-old actor.
Alexander Vasilyevich Pankratov-Cherny is a Soviet and Russian actor, film director, People’s Artist of the Russian Federation. He began performing in the theater in 1969, acting in films in 1978.
