Overhaul of the 1900 house on Chistoprudny Boulevard will be completed in autumn

In the fall, the Basmanny district of Moscow will complete a major overhaul of an old building on Chistoprudny Boulevard. The residential building was erected in 1900 in the eclectic style according to an individual project.

“As part of the implementation of the capital’s overhaul program, work is underway to put in order residential building No. 13, building 3 on Chistoprudny Boulevard,” the press service of the Capital Repair Fund of Moscow reported.

In the summer, the repair of internal engineering systems was completed here. Now specialists are putting in order the facade, roof, entrance.

Major repairs are carried out on an individual project. To restore the building, high-quality and reliable domestic materials and equipment are used.

After clearing the facade and repairing the plaster layer of the wall, the houses were treated with an antifungal compound.

“We restored the plaster layer of the roof cornice. Now the craftsmen are carefully repairing and refinishing the decorative elements that give the house sophistication. For maximum accuracy of reproduction, laser scanning is used, and for the durability of restoration, modern polymer-cement mixtures are used. After the completion of this stage, the specialists will paint the facade with fade-resistant paints,” the FCR noted.

The historical color scheme of the building will be preserved.

Its facades have multi-component plasticity. The first two floors are highlighted with rustication. Pilasters are located on the facade on both sides of the central axis. Window spaces are decorated with rectangular white sandriks. There is a crowning cornice along the perimeter of the building.

The Moscow Capital Improvement Program is one of the largest housing modernization projects not only in Russia, but in the world. The program includes more than 28,500 houses with a total area of ​​more than 275 million square meters. m., in which it is planned to repair more than 355 thousand engineering systems and structural elements of buildings and replace more than 112 thousand elevators.

To clarify the timing and types of work under the overhaul program, so-called short-term implementation plans are drawn up. The plan for 2021–2023 includes 4,437 houses in the capital with a total area of ​​34.2 million square meters. In 2022 renovation held in 1.7 thousand houses.
