Completed overhaul in the house built in 1917 in Kolokolnikov Lane.

The three-story residential building (house 19/22, building 1) was built according to an individual project in the neoclassical style.

As part of the overhaul program for the housing stock of the city of Moscow, the facade, roof, entrances were repaired, and the power supply system was also updated.

“A lot of work has been done to update the facade of house No. 19/22 building 1 in Kolokolnikov Lane. This house, unusual in its beauty, required special attention and an equally special approach. We have created a unique project for carrying out work at the facility, taking into account all its nuances and features. Carefully selected materials and technologies. For the convenience of residents, the work was divided into several stages. First, the specialists carried out a complete cleaning and washing of the surfaces here, after which they began to restore all the damage in the brickwork and treat the wet spots with antifungal compounds. Then the facade was plastered and painted, preserving the historical color scheme. The end facade was plastered using a special technology using the so-called “fur coat” method, which is distinguished by the technique of applying a plaster layer. To obtain the effect of a “fur coat”, spraying or throwing the mixture is performed. As a result, a characteristic roughness forms on the walls of the house. Decorative elements located on the outer side of the facade were carefully restored using special modern technologies and high-quality domestic materials. In conclusion, the drainpipes and entrance groups were replaced. The result is an old house with more than a century of history returned to its original beauty!” – said Vladimir Kozhichenkov, Deputy General Director of the FCR of Moscow.

The facades of house No. 19/22 have multi-component plastics. The first floor of the main façade is rusticated and highlighted in the original color. Window openings on the second and third floors are decorated with architraves, capstones, gutta, pilasters and sandriks.

“The vertical axis of the main façade stands out effectively: an arched stained-glass window above the entrance door, window openings at the level of the third floor, highlighted by platbands and pilasters, the vertical is completed by a richly decorated lucarne. A risalit was made from the side of the courtyard facade. Interfloor and crowning cornices stretch along the perimeter of the building, ”the press service of the Capital Repair Fund of Moscow noted.

In one of the apartments of this house there is a home “Poet’s Theater”, its organizer is the actor and poet Yuri Yurchenko. Poetry evenings and theatrical performances are held here, as well as representatives of the artistic professions.

The Moscow Capital Improvement Program is one of the largest housing modernization projects not only in Russia, but in the world. The program includes more than 28,500 houses with a total area of ​​more than 275 million square meters. m, in which it is planned to repair more than 355 thousand engineering systems and structural elements of buildings and replace more than 112 thousand elevators.

To clarify the timing and types of work under the overhaul program, so-called short-term implementation plans are drawn up. Planned for 2021-2023 included 4,437 houses of the capital with a total area of ​​34.2 million square meters.
