Our village comes to life – MK

The organization “Gazprom Gas Distribution Ivanovo” in this village completed the construction of a distribution gas pipeline with a length of 4.2 km. Two points of gas reduction were installed. And today there is an active connection of individual residential buildings on Spacious, Harvest, Bezvodnaya, Polevaya, Svetlaya, Naberezhnaya, Kompleksnaya streets. What is behind these dry lines? To answer this question, we visited the family of Natalya Nikolaevna Diner in the village of Ankudinovo.

We are waiting for the gas workers to restore the road

“Of course, we are very glad that now gas has come to our house. This is a wonderful event for our family, because, according to the agreement, we were to be supplied with gas only in 2024. But it all happened on July 20th. And there were no special problems with eyeliner, in general, – says Natalya Nikolaevna. – Last autumn, in October, we made an application for gasification for the second stage. That is, we first made a project, wiring inside the house and brought communications to the street, but in the second stage they installed communications outside the house and crashed into the main gas main.

But we have a significant claim.

– Which?

The access road to our house is damaged. A month ago, I made an application, asked the gas workers to bring gravel to us, correct the mistake, but so far – silence. They didn’t bring anything. Our street is called Complex. So, it’s got a big hole in it now. In fact, two families live permanently on this street, the rest are under construction. But my house is the farthest, so I have to drive along a broken road for the time being. Last year, we paved this road together with a neighbor who lives at the beginning of the street, at our own expense. And this year, the gas organization actively carried out work, heavy vehicles drove. And now, after the rains, all the consequences of this ride came to light. To get to my house, I sometimes have to go around a problematic place in the neighboring streets. And that’s not very cool. Neighbors are stressed out by this situation. And our family cannot afford to restore the road destroyed by gas workers on our own. We just won’t pull. I wrote a statement so that the representatives of the gas structure would at least fill up that big hole on the road that they made. The hole is really deep. I am very sorry, because last year, together with a neighbor, we ordered 4 gravel trucks to fill the road. And this is an expensive pleasure – it costs about 100 thousand rubles. The road turned out to be smooth, I then photographed it. It turned out – not in vain. After all, I had to attach all these photos to my application. Now, in some areas, the gravel simply “left” into the ground. We are looking forward to when the gas workers will restore our road.

Our street will come alive

It’s quiet on Kompleksnaya Street today. But this is only at first glance.

– Yes, it so happened that when we were building a house in Ankudinovo, we noticed that the village itself was half empty. That is, there are not so many people who want to live here all year round. Mostly people come in warm weather. Old grandmothers live in some houses. And just recently, a young family came to our street: people were interested in the surroundings, amenities. Apparently, they found out that regasification took place here. As I understand it, they will acquire and build a plot in our village. Several more houses are being built next to us,” says Natalya Nikolaevna. – I think by next spring our street will come to life. After all, I felt for myself that connecting to the gas turned out to be quite acceptable for the money. Now I don’t remember the exact amount, but we paid about 50 thousand rubles for the wiring inside the house, along with materials. I did not feel that it was unprofitable for our budget. Probably because my husband Alexander and I are of working age. I work as a financier in a commercial organization, and my husband is a military man. We managed to build a house quickly. It was put into operation in November last year. From November to May we were heated by electricity. In winter, our electricity consumption costs amounted to about 12 thousand per month. But the frosts were strong. And closer to spring, spending was halved. We don’t know yet how much we will pay for gas. We’ve only been using it for two weeks. We have water heating in our house. The wiring inside had to be rebuilt: the “electric” version was reformatted into a “gas” one. My husband was in charge of these things. I remember that he praised the gas workers, said: “Well done guys, they explained everything, advised, did not get annoyed when I threw questions at them.” In general, we were satisfied with the work of the employees of the gas company, who installed everything for us.

Now the trend is to move for permanent residence in private homes

Today in Ankudinovo all the streets are supplied with gas.

– I noticed in our village that people were reaching for the earth. They stirred. They began to sell city apartments and move to the countryside, – says Natalya. – Our house, perhaps, by general standards, is not so big – only 130 squares. But it is much more spacious than huddling in a concrete box in the city. We somehow had a good time moving here. And we managed to buy the boiler at a good price, even before the price increase. We opted for the wall mounted version. For him, after all, you do not need to build a separate boiler room. It is located in our kitchen.

– Do you have a lot of land?

– There is not enough land – only 30 acres. We have bought two plots. The husband plowed the land with a cultivator. On one – a garden was planned, on the second – buildings. We have everything planted: we are happy to plant, grow, collect. Our two sons are growing up and are already starting to help.

We actually settled near the city of Ivanovo – a ten-minute drive. My Alexander’s dream came true – to live and work on his own land. True, in his youth, at the age of 25, he could not even imagine himself with a shovel in the garden, but now we do everything with pleasure. And we were able to build a capital house, and plant a large area with horticultural crops. Everything worked out. And each of us has our own areas of responsibility. For example, I form areas of “beauty” that delight the eye: I plant flowers, ornamental plants. And the husband is responsible for everything else. But if I have free time, I, of course, also help him. Everything is complicated for us, okay. Tandem.

Everyone is surprised how I manage to do everything

Natalya Nikolaevna is at the age when you can even decide and give birth to a child – she is only 43 years old. Moreover, there are plenty of such examples around. In general, Natalia is a woman in the prime of all female powers and wisdom. After all, as one heroine of the well-known film said, “life is just beginning at 40.”

– Yes, my husband and I are full of energy. Our age does not allow rest. We have everything growing on the ground, from onions to potatoes, there are 2 greenhouses. And in the morning I go to work early in the morning, and after the service at the site I work on the hunt, – says Natalya. “Many people wonder how I manage to do it all.

“So what’s the secret?”

– I get up early. Been up since five in the morning. Children go to school directly from Ankudinovo. She is right next to us – in Novotalitsky. Just 10 minutes walk to it. After all, if we compare it with your Moscow, the rhythm of life is completely different. In the capital, life in many offices is just beginning from 10-11 o’clock. And by this time we are already reworking so many things. You are standing there in eternal traffic jams – half your life is spent on this standing. And we are free from such problems, so we live a happy life. I think that everything works out for us, because we lead a righteous life. When we bought a plot in Ankudinovo, active movements began to gasify houses. When they began to learn about the launch of gas to the site, we were told that we needed to build a residential building so that the pipe could be brought directly to the object. That is, applications were accepted from those addresses where such houses already stood. We launched the construction in February-March last year, and you know how this story of ours ended – we were connected even before the appointed time. That is, we put the house into operation in November, and after 8 months we were already cooking on a gas stove. And now, for complete happiness, we need to achieve road repair.
