The Russian Table Tennis Championship among persons with musculoskeletal disorders has ended in the city of Penza. The competition ran from March 20 to 25. More than 140 athletes from 35 regions of the country came to the tournament. Among them was a representative from the Oryol region – the eminent athlete Yuri Nozdrunov. The Orlov resident once again showed his skills at large-scale competitions and won three medals of different denominations.

The Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Oryol Region said that Yuri Nozdrunov took gold in singles, silver in doubles and bronze in mixed doubles.

Let us remind you that Yuri Nozdrunov is a multiple winner of the World and European Championships, a multiple champion of Russia in table tennis among people with musculoskeletal disorders. He has the title of international master of sports. Yuri Nozdrunov took third place at the Paralympic Games in Tokyo.
