Orlovets Artyom Platov won the Russian Greco-Roman wrestling championship among hearing-impaired athletes. The tournament took place in Vladimir and brought together participants under the age of 23. This information was disseminated by the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Oryol Region.

In the weight category up to 130 kg, Artem Platov won all 4 fights. In the semi-finals he defeated a representative from the Sakhalin region, and in the final he confidently defeated an athlete from Tambov.

In addition to Greco-Roman wrestling, the competition also featured freestyle wrestling matches. In the weight category up to 125 kg, Artyom Platov won four bouts. The final ended in a draw, losing only to the last action of the opponent from Vladikavkaz, the athlete from Orel took second place in this discipline.
