Recently, a large-scale cycling race “Memorial of Evgeny Klevtsov” took place in the neighboring Kursk region. An athlete from the Oryol region Alexander Budigai also took part in it. What result he showed, told the press service of the regional government.
To the great joy of fellow countrymen and everyone who supported the young man, Alexander Budigay became the winner. About 80 strong athletes had to overcome. Participants from Kursk, Oryol, Belgorod, Tambov, Tver and other regions came to the race.
Athletes were hampered by cold and heavy rain. But the difficulties did not stop the young man from Orel. He became the first in his age category.
