“MTSH” together with NRU “MIET” launch a new course “Organizational and economic support of scientific, technical and engineering developments”. The training will be held within the framework of the direction “Microelectronics and Photonics”. “Educational courses in the direction of Microelectronics and Photonics provide the capital’s engineers with knowledge and skills in the field of research, development and production of modern electronic devices and technologies,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Moscow Investment and Industrial Policy Department. He added that the ITS is focused on the comprehensive training of specialists.
The new course will provide knowledge in the field of organizational and economic support of engineering and scientific and technical developments. The training will take 290 academic hours. It is intended for managers and employees of industrial enterprises. The course includes 6 modules. As a result, those who have passed the course will have competencies in the field of managing the functioning of plants, project teams and development teams.
According to Sergey Oleinik, Head of the Department of Marketing and Project Management, NRU MIET, the knowledge and skills acquired by students of the retraining program will complement the competencies acquired at universities. They will form a new qualification level, which will provide an opportunity to carry out professional activities in the management of the processes of development, manufacture and sale of innovative and technically complex products.
