Orbakaite spotted in New York with foreign agents and Chulpan Khamatova

Singer and actress Kristina Orbakaite again flew to the United States, where her husband and daughter live, and there she met with Russian artists who left the country after February 24. A picture of Orbakaite appeared in social networks in the company of Chulpan Khamatova, writer Dmitry Bykov (included in the register of foreign agents in the Russian Federation), Max Pokrovsky from Nogu Svelo.

Presumably, Orbakaite and her friends attended a performance directed by Dmitry Krymov. The picture was published by actor Alexander Molochnikov.

“A bright company of great people”, “The best, beloved foreigners”, “Talents and brains cannot be imported” – the comments under the photo say.

At the same time, some visitors to Molochnikov’s page were quick to accuse Orbakaite of a “double game.” For example, there is such a comment: “Orbakaite is superfluous. Until recently, she was with a concert in the Crimea.”

In the Russian “secular” media, publications also appeared about Orbakaite’s meeting with artists who condemned the special operation in Ukraine. Some headlines sound, as it may seem, reproachfully: “On two chairs”, “Both ours and yours.”

Unlike her stepfather Maxim Galkin (also included in the Russian register of foreign agents), Orbakaite never allowed herself to express her opinion loudly about the political situation. In the public field, she behaves with restraint, even more modestly than mother Alla Pugacheva. The People’s Artist previously stood up for her husband, and she herself spoke harsh words against certain Russian media people. Orbakaite concentrated on work and creativity, she tried not to break ties with Russia and continues to work. Recently, the artist flew to Moscow, participated in social events and presented a new television series, in which she played one of the main roles.
