Two Megafon subscribers and two Tele2 customers told Vedomosti about receiving such notifications. MTS, in turn, notified subscribers about the introduction of a commission for replenishing an account, and Beeline began calling customers with a proposal to connect additional paid services, Vedomosti employees were convinced.

“We are changing prices due to rising equipment costs,” the operator said in a statement received by a Megafon subscriber. The tariff will be changed from January 17, indicated there: the cost of service will increase by 32.5 rubles. up to 357.5 rubles. per month. “We understand that this may be unexpected,” the company added, offering the subscriber to switch to a tariff for 360 rubles. per month with an increased number of calls. A similar message was received by another subscriber of the same operator. “From January 17, the cost of your tariff will increase by 55 rubles. and will become 595 rubles,” the message says.
