The State Security Committee (KGB) of Belarus told the channel ONT NEWSthat those accused in a criminal case on the fact of a terrorist attack at the Machulishchi airfield may face the death penalty.
Approximately 30 people were charged under part 3 of Article 289 of the Criminal Code of the Republic for an act of terrorism committed by an organized group. The maximum punishment includes sanctions up to and including the death penalty.
