One person died as a result of the shelling of Donetsk

The Ukrainian military attacked the center of Donetsk from a multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) HIMARS, one person died, there were injured, informs TASS with reference to emergency services.
It is specified that the blow fell on the area of the Akula business center. The mayor of the city Oleksiy Kulemzin in his Telegram channel initially reported about the smoke after his arrival in the area of the Donetsk City shopping center. Later, he also wrote about one who died.
“According to preliminary information, as a result of the shelling of the Kievsky district near the Akula business center, a person was killed, there are wounded,” – informed head of Administration.
At the end of April, during the shelling of Donetsk, a Ukrainian rocket hit in a fixed-route taxi, seven people were killed, the mayor of the city reported.
In April, Russian President Vladimir Putin set the task for the DPR authorities to “make sure that there were no shelling” of Donetsk at all. In the fall of 2022, the DPR, as well as the LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions became part of Russia following referendums. Martial law has been introduced in the regions since October 19.
