“A decision has now been made to urgently dismantle the first entrance so that it does not entail further destruction. If the experts give a conclusion that living in the remaining entrances is safe for people, the house is waiting for a major overhaul,” Valery Limarenko wrote in his Telegram channel.
Mr. Limarenko added that the territory of the house was fenced off, and two police posts were set up next to it. Employees of the Capital Repair Fund and the construction laboratory are working on site.
