Next week, on November 16, the Ministry of Digital Development will no longer accept applications for deferment from the mobilization of employees of IT companies, as well as telecom operators at the State Services. This was reported to Interfax by the head of the ministry, Maksut Shadayev.
“On November 16, the Ministry of Digital Development plans to close the application form for deferment,” Shadayev said.
He noted that 65 employees of IT companies, who were mistakenly called up for military service as part of partial mobilization, were returned home from military units. However, there are still cases with which the department continues to work.
In addition, according to him, about 5 thousand IT specialists were able to exercise the right to deferment during mobilization.
