On August 29 and 30, exercises will be held in schools to practice actions in case of emergency – Kommersant

Ministry of Education of Russia reportedthat on August 29-30, for the first time, drills on practicing actions in emergency situations will be held in the country’s schools.

“At the end of August, all-Russian security exercises will be held, where various situations and actions in case of force majeure will be practiced in practice. Both teachers and the leadership of educational institutions must clearly know what to do. All-Russian exercises will just give comprehensive information on the degree of readiness for such situations and provide an opportunity to form the necessary skills, ”explained the press service of the department.

During the training, they will check the performance of warning systems, and work out interaction with operational services and anti-terrorist commissions. It is noted that the exercises will be held in all schools in all regions of the country without exception. Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Russian Guard, as well as representatives of regional authorities will be involved in organizing the exercises.
