Partial mobilization has been announced in Russia since September 21, during which, according to Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, 300,000 reservists should be called up. During this time, the Ombudsmen have recorded a large number of complaints regarding mobilization. About it informs RBC.
It is noted that in the All-Russian Popular Front (ONF), in the department of which they began to receive reports of violations during partial mobilization, from September 25 to October 10, more than 33 thousand appeals were received, of which 7 thousand indicate violations in the operation of the military enlistment offices.
Boris Podolny, deputy head of the executive committee of the ONF, said that as a result of consideration of various cases, more than 1.3 thousand people were returned home. According to him, the main cases were the mobilization of the only guardians of relatives, parents from large families or the formal holding of a medical commission.
