Former German concentration camp worker Josef Schütz dies at 103
Josef Schutz, a former Nazi concentration camp guard at Sachsenhausen, has died in Germany at the age of 102. This is reported by Der Spiegel.
In June 2022, a court sentenced him to five years in prison, finding him guilty of killing over 3,500 concentration camp prisoners.
During the trial, Schütz categorically denied having worked in a concentration camp and insisted that he was an agricultural worker.
Nevertheless, his guilt was proved by numerous documents that contained the personal data of the accused.
