Guests at Oktoberfest in Germany who display a Nazi salute may be banned from attending the festival. This was reported by the German publication Bild.
It is clarified that in the federal state of Saxony, bordering the birthplace of Oktoberfest – Bavaria – during the celebration, the DJ, at the request of the guests, played a Nazi march, and they, in turn, showed a Nazi salute.
As co-organizer of the event Matthias Braune admitted, information about the suspects was transferred to law enforcement officers. If found guilty, they will be banned from attending Oktoberfest for life.
