NYT: AFU military began to train how to operate Abrams tanks

The Ukrainian military began to be trained in the management of Abrams tanks in Germany. The New York Times writes about this, citing a statement from the Pentagon.
According to the publication, the first group of about 400 soldiers began to learn how to operate and maintain tanks.
The article also says that last Friday, about 200 people started a combined arms briefing in Grafenvoor and Hohenfels. Another 200 people are taught how to refuel and maintain tanks.
Recall that the United States promised to transfer 31 M1 Abrams tanks to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
