“Natural juices are perfect for barbecue. The most neutral is clarified apple juice, it can be used, for example, with lamb … For dry meat (turkey, chicken, lean parts of pork), you can take juices with a richer taste, for example, grape or pineapple … Tomato juice is suitable for fatty pork skewers,” Bogdanova advised.
