NTV will show the historical detective “Krasny Yar”

On January 30, the NTV channel starts the premiere of the action-packed historical detective story Krasny Yar. The plot of the picture takes place in two times – in the XIX century and today. The main roles were played by Konstantin Kryukov, Pyotr Rykov, Sergey Yushkevich, Makar Zaporizhsky, Sofia Shutkina and Daria Kukarskikh.

This story began in 1860, when the Yenisei province was covered by a “gold rush” and miners from all over the country fled to develop gold mines. For ingots and precious sand lying right under your feet, a real war broke out between fugitive convicts, exiled officers, merchants and gendarmes. Echoes of the passions that raged in the vastness of the taiga, through the centuries, reached modern Krasnoyarsk, when the “Russian Frenchwoman” Barbara (Sofya Shutkina) and the young historian Viktor Antonov (Makar Zaporozhsky) arrived in the city. The official version of the visit – the preparation of a documentary film about Siberia – is far from reality. In fact, the young adventurer came to Siberia to see her “small homeland” with her own eyes and verify the truth of one card she inherited. The search for a mysterious gold deposit leads to a new round of drama and a direct confrontation with crime.

“For me, cinema is the co-creation of everyone who gathered on the set: actors, cameramen, stuntmen, administrators. In this project, we used local actors in many roles, and they became a great discovery for me. Superbly coping with the tasks set, they created bright works on a par with movie stars. The plot of the story stretches for three centuries, and it was important for us to observe the historical authenticity of what was happening: we filmed in the wonderful historical reserve and museum of Shushenskoye, and thanks to the responsiveness of the employees, the work was comfortable. Everything that we wanted to say, the viewer will see on the screen, ”says the director of the series, Mikhail Wasserbaum.

Filming of the project took place in Krasnoyarsk, Minusinsk, Divnogorsk, Krasnoturansky and Emelyanovsky districts, in the Shushenskoye urban-type settlement, the Krasnoyarsk Stolby national park, the Gremyachaya Mane ecopark and other iconic places in the region.

“Awesome! I say this with the utmost sincerity. Locations were chosen sincere and energetically very strong. I climbed the Pillars and, when I got to the very peak, I sat down, hugged my knees and looked into the distance, into the taiga. I think that we, Petersburgers and Muscovites, simply lack this catastrophically, because this is a place of power that will remain for life. And, accordingly, when the shooting takes place in a place of power, this is good shooting. I always want to participate in projects that are made with love, not just for money, but those that are created with an idea. And it doesn’t matter what kind of movie it is: metropolitan, regional, foreign, ”says actress Daria Kukarskikh.
