The former editor-in-chief of the Dozhd TV channel (foreign agent) and part-time writer Mikhail Zygar (foreign agent) left Russia in the summer of 2022. In August it became known that he settled in Germany. In a conversation with bloggers, Zygar said that he could not use his Russian assets, his bank card was allegedly blocked. But the journalist admitted that he did not encounter manifestations of Russophobia in his address after moving to Europe.

Now Mikhail Zygar, who previously published the book The Empire Must Die in Russia, has once again decided to turn his gaze to the past. True, not his own, but the country in which he refused to live. He recently announced the launch of a series of materials about the “great Russian villains.” By these, the author means Russian emperors and generals. Even Alexander Suvorov got it. The first issue of Zygar’s new project is dedicated to him. In his Telegram channel, the author said that he started the project for the sake of “a new understanding of history.”

Only this time, Zygar decided not to write, but to hit animation.

“We asked ten outstanding Russian animators to make one episode each – about one of the heroes / villains from our story. Texts for some videos were written by poets Dmitry Bykov (foreign agent) and Orlusha (Andrey Orlov) (foreign agent). Chulpan Khamatova voiced them,” Mikhail Zygar announced the start of the project.

The second cartoon is dedicated to Empress Catherine the Second, the third – to Tsar Ivan the Third. The reaction to the first episodes of the animated series, according to Zygar, has already begun, and very ambiguous – which is understandable, since, for example, Suvorov is blamed not only for the capture of Warsaw “in three days”, but also for the victory over the Turks.

As for life, here at Mikhail Zygar everything seems to be stable. He settled like a donkey in Berlin last summer, and so he remains there. Last autumn, he opened Zygaro GmbH in the German capital with an authorized capital of 25,000 euros. The company’s office is located in a residential building at Seesenheimerstrasse 7.

It is possible that Zygar lives there with his husband (or wife) Jean-Michel Shcherbak. The price tag per square meter in the house, by the way, is very biting – about five thousand euros. A full-fledged apartment will cost half a million euros.

In Moscow, Mikhail Zygar still has real estate in the Basmanny district. Three apartments, all close to each other, can be rented out for at least 100,000 rubles a month. There is no evidence that the owner sold the elite square meters after leaving. Whether Zygar handed over his property is also a mystery shrouded in darkness. If he did so, he must have used some kind of shady scheme. Indeed, according to the law, it is extremely problematic for a foreign agent to manage his assets in Russia, and it is completely impossible to withdraw money abroad. So the ex-chief editor of “Rain” has to hit an alternative history in order to earn a living in a foreign land. True, the other day he announced the launch of his own channel on You-Tube. This business is also not cheap, so Zygar literally prays for donations.

Foreign comedian Maxim Galkin found himself in a similar situation. Having moved with his wife and nine-year-old twins Lisa and Harry to Israel, the parodist has still not been able to sell the family mansion in the village of Gryaz near Moscow. Star lawyer Andrey Aleshkin said that the disposal of real estate for a foreign agent is an extremely difficult matter. Due to the status, which is actually tantamount to a black mark, hardly anyone will dare to contact Galkin. The lawyer called the sale of foreign agency square meters a time bomb.

The Galkins seem to have little money for current expenses. Galkin himself hinted at a meager financial situation. And this is despite the fact that he has to comb concert venues literally at hypersonic speed in order to somehow make ends meet. Meanwhile, fewer and fewer people come to Galkin’s monotonous anti-Russian speeches.

The artist reacted sharply to criticism of his departure from Russia, with which actress Tatyana Vasilyeva attacked him, and said that before moving to Israel, he had practically no money in his local bank account:

“The artist claims that I have long wanted to leave the country. Apparently, for this I invested tens of millions in our house near Moscow, planted dozens of trees in our garden and had the only account abroad in Israel, which by that time had 30 thousand dollars and which I had not used for several years, ”wrote parodist on social media.

The actress Renata Litvinova also had to arrange a tour abroad. After the start of the NWO, she announced her departure from the country. She has had real estate in France for many years – an apartment in Paris. True, at the beginning of this year, Litvinova returned to her homeland on family matters and even announced that she would stay.

But now the artist is back in Europe. On the 20th of May, she was spotted on the red carpet of the Cannes Film Festival. Dressed in a black outfit from her old friend designer Demna Gvasalia, the actress posed for photographers. True, as glamorous publications noted, Litvinova was not particularly popular with reporters.

The actress travels to different theaters with her own production of Cactus. Outrageous costumes for the production were sewn by the same Gvasalia, and the music was written by Litvinova’s friend, singer Zemfira (foreign agent). The performance is in Russian and French with subtitles.

It is worth noting that the artist in her social networks talks only about creativity and every day publishes new photos from the red carpet, stage and backstage. But she prefers to remain silent about the course of the special operation and politics in general – unlike Zemfira, who lives with her in Paris.

Recently, Zemfira, who filed a lawsuit in a Russian court about the removal of her status as a foreign agent, got into another scandal. In the official French registers, a record was found that the singer had French citizenship – this follows from the record from the Renata company registered in Paris, in which she has 60%, and Zemfira has 40%. Ramazanova began to deny that she was a French citizen, but you can’t argue with the documents.

Changed mansions to “odnushka”

The musicians of the group Little Big found themselves in cramped conditions in terms of square meters. After the start of CBO, the team of four musicians split in half. Ilya Prusikin (foreign agent) and his common-law wife Sofya Tayurskaya remained in the team. The couple moved to the US last spring.

Outrageous singers thought that the American public would take them with a bang, but the reality turned out to be much tougher. In an interview with Western media, Prusikin complained about the deplorable financial situation and recalled that in Russia his team was literally flooded with money for speaking at corporate parties. In the States, there are more than enough of their freaks, so the Russians had to break through from the bottom.

“There is no money now, but you need to live somehow,” Prusikin poured out his soul to journalists.

His wife Sofya Tayurskaya turned out to be much less pretentious in terms of everyday life. The singer admitted in an interview that she doesn’t care what conditions she lives in. According to Tayurskaya, she knows how to create comfort even in a room two by two meters.

“All your merits that were not in America do not exist”

The blogger Ilya Varlamov (foreign agent) also moved overseas. At first, he did his best to cover his tracks. Then video frames appeared on the network, as Varlamov was standing in line for an Israeli passport. Later, he himself stunned subscribers with the news that he became the owner of a passport of Turkmenistan.

However, in the end, Varlamov did not go to either Israel or Turkmenistan. Instead, he moved to the US. His occupation is the same – he records videos. Sometimes he hits political analytics with a clearly anti-Russian bias, but he does not forget about urban studies either. In social networks, Varlamov regularly posts stories from small towns in the United States, where he tells how the locals live. For example, on May 26, his video about the city of Blowing Rock was released under the title “What is the difference between American small towns and Russian ones.”

“In Russia, we are used to the fact that in a large city there is beauty and order, and in the provinces there is a mess. In America, the opposite is true!” Varlamov wrote on the social network.

In addition, in his videos, the blogger is trying to debunk the idea of ​​​​total Russophobia in the United States: “In the new video, we drove through large and small cities of America. Of course, we did not see any hatred towards the Russians. But we talked to interesting local residents and looked at the excellent amenities.”

No less popular video blogger Yuri Dud (foreign agent) also left Russia after the start of the NWO – to Spain.

In Barcelona, ​​the journalist opened Butovo Production SL and transferred the rights to his project to it. In the center of Barcelona on Avenida Diagonal in an elite house built in the middle of the last century, Dud acquired a rather strange room. According to the documents, this is a warehouse. Whether Yuri Dud got rid of his Moscow apartments in the Tulskaya metro area at the same time is not known for certain. Last summer, he tried to get rid of a 50 square meter apartment through his friends. At first, the cost of housing was set at around 25 million rubles, but a little later the price tag jumped by another 5 million.

Another “first settler” in the United States from Russia is comedian Alexander Nezlobin. The stand-up comedian from Polevsky moved with his family to Los Angeles after the start of the NWO and discovered something surprising for himself: living in California is very, very expensive. And there are plenty of comedians out there.

According to Nezlobin, a family spends $12,000-15,000 a month, and rent costs $3,500. True, in the residential complex where the comedian family settled, there is a swimming pool for $ 40 a month.

Finding your place under the Californian sun is not very easy. In an interview with a local blogger, Nezlobin said that he had to get out so that the local public would laugh at his jokes, and not at his accent. To do this, immediately after entering the stage, he says: “Hello, my name is Sasha, I’m from Russia” (Hi, I’m Sasha, I’m from Russia).

The former resident of the Comedy Club literally has to work overseas for food.

“The coolest thing that happens here is that all comedians have free food and alcohol here. They never take money from comedians. As a matter of fact, this is the fee, but it is ideal, ”Nezlobin said.

The most important discovery in America for the stand-up comedian was that, according to him, “no one cares about the Russians” there.

“No one hates us, as it seemed to me from there, from Russia, because the only thing I hear there is: “How far to fly?”
