“There is no comment,” is how the Kremlin responded to the idea of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The office of Vladimir Kolokoltsev invited foreigners to sign a “loyalty agreement” when entering Russia. Thus, everyone arriving from abroad undertakes not to violate the laws in force in the country. It is reported that the corresponding document has already been prepared and will be submitted to the State Duma. In turn, Kommersant FM political commentator Dmitry Drize has a positive attitude towards this innovation.

If we evaluate the proposal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a whole and briefly, then a foreigner in the Russian Federation is asked to avoid any public and non-public political and other activities. See the sights, buy nesting dolls, balalaikas, go to restaurants, but keep quiet about everything else. The same applies to migrants and categories equated to them. Perhaps even diplomats. I came to work, so work, but in silence.

True, it is not entirely clear what will happen to them if they suddenly decide to disobey. Moreover, not all those who arrived from abroad understand what “discrediting the foreign and domestic policies of the Russian Federation”, as well as “traditional family and other values” means, because everyone has their own. But there is always a way out.

Apparently, you will have to undergo instructions before traveling to Russia. We remember Vladimir Semenovich Vysotsky:

“They have a special way of life there

We don’t understand right away.

You should try them, brother.

At least a little respect.”

Then, in the last century, we were instructed before going to them, now they will have to get acquainted with the internal regulations in the Russian Federation.

Well, there is a certain message in this, and for business it is a reason to receive an order for the production of appropriate manuals, which will be distributed to everyone who arrives.

Well, that’s a good idea. There are countries with special rules, and this is not always North Korea. For example, in the health resort beloved by Russians – Thailand – they warn: don’t touch the king, there will be problems. And they don’t touch it, it might cost themselves more.

Today we have an endless discussion about what to do with migrants, how to regulate this process. It’s very simple – introduce work visas, accounting and control, plus hand over a manual on how to behave in the country, and so that everyone has it in their hands. No, we’ll deport you.

And look at how our former partners behave, they all seem to be so civilized. But they still didn’t understand which Russians are bad and which are good. As a result, it turns out that a high-ranking official and a big businessman feel at ease in the hostile West, but for an ordinary citizen the path there is not so much forbidden, but, let’s say, difficult.

Let’s make a reservation right away: we are, of course, talking about negative examples. Today’s Russian managers and entrepreneurs, for the most part, are, of course, entirely conscientious people: they do not visit unfriendly countries, do not own real estate in them, and do not buy foreign trinkets. And if they do have anything, they suffer greatly from it, enduring deprivation and humiliation from the arrogant and evil capitalists.

It’s time to draw conclusions: the proposal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is generally correct. If we, Russians, are not allowed to trample on traditional values, why can foreigners? There must be justice in everything.

The only trouble is that the Russian people, including officials, do not always understand what traditional values are, and even more so the discrediting of the state’s domestic and foreign policies.

For foreigners, as mentioned above, it is even more difficult to understand all this. No matter how much the flow of foreign guests ultimately decreases, we have done so much for them. Look how prettier Moscow has become, and St. Petersburg too. So clarification and clarification are clearly required here.
