Night lenses produced in Moscow have given clear vision to more than 250 thousand patients

The Moscow company, which produces night lenses, has helped over 250 thousand patients improve their vision since 2018. The lenses are used for non-surgical correction of myopia and are worn daily before bed and removed in the morning. The procedure helps stop the progression of the vision defect.

“Capital companies produce high-quality and effective medical products that meet the requirements of modern medicine. Thanks to this, products manufactured in Moscow are in demand on the domestic market and abroad,” said Moscow Government Minister, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy Vladislav Ovchinsky. He cited the example of night lenses from the SkyOptix Laboratory. Over five years, they have helped more than a quarter of a million patients from Russia, Eastern Europe and Asia improve their vision during the day and stop the progression of myopia. Currently, this technique is practiced by over 2.5 thousand ophthalmologists. Lenses are prescribed to patients aged 6 to 60 years. Their special design ensures comfortable operation. This is especially important when using products while sleeping. According to the company’s general director Maxim Ryabenko, the company’s social mission is to improve people’s quality of life. Night lenses have become popular because they provide 100% vision, are easy to use, safe and are made to individual specifications.
