As of February 22, new paid parking lots have been introduced in Moscow, as the capital’s Department of Transport previously warned about. New sites opened in the districts of Krylatskoye, Golovinsky, Khoroshevsky, Novogireevo, Sokol, Begovoy, Perovo, Preobrazhenskoye, Severnoe Chertanovo and Savelovsky. Toll zones, in particular, were introduced on the streets of Salvador Allende, Sorge, Panfilov, Konstantin Tsarev, Viktorenko, Ostryakov. On Novopeschanaya (Sokol district) and Perovskaya (Novogireevo district) streets, toll lots have appeared near individual houses. The full address list is published on the Moscow transport portal https://transport.mos.ru/parking/areas. The parking tariff on most streets is 40 rubles. at one o’clock.

The expansion of the toll zone is taking place for the second time in 2024. Since January 22, it has been introduced on 50 street sections, including the Airport districts (Planetnaya, Samed Vurgun, Aseev, Chernyakhovsky streets, etc.) and Strogino (separate sections on Tallinskaya, Tvardovsky, Isakovsky, Marshal Katukov streets).

Paid parking in Moscow has existed since 2012. Until 2022 inclusive, the total amount of funds collected exceeded 55 billion rubles, the money is allocated for improvement.
